FAITH TO FAITH

#WC2016
"...for therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, the just shall live by faith." - Romans 1:17 (KJV)
For the just shall live (lead his life) by faith...
In as much as faith is the fundamental tenet of our lives, it becomes more instructive to understand that there are levels of faith required to deal with the respective issues in our lives, hence the need to move from FAITH to FAITH.

Here and Now...
In the world we live in today, having faith is certainly our fate. If you take into cognizance say Nigeria as a case study. The cataclysmic circumstances we find ourselves leaves us no other choice. If you are still standing in these turbulent times don't tell me you don't have faith because your having faith is the only explanation as to how you are keeping your sanity in the prevailing events in your space!

'Decoys'
Make no mistake about the enemy, he is anything but dumb! Military chiefs usually employ 'decoys' as a strategy to defeat the opposition. They don't directly attack the opposition, instead they attack something the opposition is very sensitive to, hence discombobulating and disorienting the opposition in advance for the prime attack.
I have watched enough boxing bouts to know how the 'solar plexus' jab by professional boxers is being used with ruthless effectiveness. So when Mr. Mayweather jabs your abdomen, he is really aiming for your face. As expected every rookie tries to defend his stomach thus inadvertently leaving his face unguarded - for that powerful upper cut that sends him sprawling to the floor.
So when it seems that your finances, relationships, emotions or career is under attack, it is really a decoy for the real attack, the attack on your faith!

In national terms, when the enemy attacks our leadership and governmental institutions with corruption or our resources with gross mismanagement, he is actually attacking our faith - our belief that Nigeria has the potentials to become the world most desirable nation.
Now you see why it is literally called 'the good fight of faith'.

Is it just me?
Notice it's rather easy to believe God when He multiplies bread and fish than to believe Him in the midst of the storm. It's easy to believe in Nigeria growth potential when the price of crude is above $100 but harder to do the same when it is under $40.

"...Where is your faith?"
Jesus asked His disciples this question in the midst of their storm. He asks us the same question in our personal, corporate and national storms. The only thing Jesus asks upon His return to the earth is faith. In the parable of talents, the Master upon His return called two of His servants faith-ful. Meaning literally to be full of faith.

There is a genesis premise for faith (mustard seed) but there is also a growth process for faith.
Are you ready to move from...
FAITH TO FAITH?
