I don't care how careful you are in life, there are some things that are unavoidable. Making mistakes is not a bad thing in itself; what is bad is making the same mistakes or making avoidable mistakes. You 'mistook' a step in the process of taking [positive] steps!

There are certain hazards in life that you will face. Robert Schuller would say: "some things are not necessarily meant to be solved; they are meant to be managed."
Jesus chose 12 disciples but one of them betrayed Him. Paul gathered a bundle of sticks but he found a viper among them. God Almighty created angels but Lucifer rebelled. The list goes on and on. In the process of creating positive intended outcomes, most times you will see negative unintended outcomes. It does not mean you are less anointed than you are! Just learn from it and move on! Remember all things [the good, the bad and the ugly] work together for our good! You are not successful because you do everything right! Success has gone beyond what you do to who you are!
