Powerful Insights With Usen Bolt!

Don't be alarmed, he is not the fastest sprinter in the world but he definately speaks as a lightening bolt! His name is Usen James - an erudite speaker, prolific writer and astute resource person. He is an alumni of UNIUYO where has a degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering. He is the Executive Director at The Revolution and also the President/CEO at Jamusent Int'l. THERE IS A SEED OF GREATNESS IN EVERY MAN
Many years ago, the great artist and sculpture Michelangelo was asked to describe how he carved his classic work from a block of damaged marble and he replied: "...the stature was already in the marble all i did was SEE IT and then chisel away the unnecessary part of the marble to reveal it..."
Did you get that? If you didn't, let me rephrase and repeat it.
I said the great sculpture Michelangelo after carving a very beautiful work of art from a damaged marble was asked to describe how he did that and he said, "...the stature was already in the marble; all i did was SEE IT and then use my chisel and hammer to chisel away the unnecessary part of the marble to reveal it..."
I am sure you got that now!

Get this: there is a seed of greatness in every man. No matter how bad your situation may seem, no matter how frustrating your circumstance may look, no matter how poor you think you are  - the truth remains that - THERE IS A SEED OF GREATNESS IN YOU!

We are all destined for greatness! The top is made for all of us! God does not create inferior products and with Him there are no favourites. We are all equal in the sight of God but it is our individual practices that creates our individual differences.
God in creation designed you for distinction - He wired you for significance, loaded you for global impact, empowered you for outstanding achievement, anointed you for exploits and engineered you for massive success.
PLEASE DON'T SETTLE FOR ANYTHING LESS!

You are too loaded to be a failure, too favoured to be frustrated, too connected to be stranded, too blessed to be poor, too endowed to be a mediocre and too empowered to remain small. 
There is a seed of greatness in you; all you need to do is what Michelangelo did - SEE IT and then chisel away the unnecessary parts and habits to reveal it.
SEE IT and then take the steps to nurture it and give it expression friend, you carry so much on your inside, you came to earth for a reason and with a gift for us. Don't deprive us of it, i beg you!
