Happy 53rd Independence Anniversary Nigeria!

I could not fathom a more patriotic opening than this:
NATIONAL ANTHEM
Arise O Compatriots
Nigeria's call obey
To serve our father's land
With love strength and faith
The labour of our heroes past
Shall never be in vain
To serve with heart and might
One nation bound in freedom
Peace and Unity

O God of creation 
Direct our noble cause
Guide our leaders right
Help our youths the truth to know
In love and honesty to grow 
And living just and true
Greats lofty heights attain
To build a nation where 
Peace and justice shall reign

THE PLEDGE
I pledge to Nigeria my country
To be faithful, loyal and honest
To serve Nigeria with all strength 
To defend her unity
So help me God!

There you have it. Those are the sacred words that we recite regularly, those are the vows we make to this nation. It is the basis for the political entity known as Nigeria. You don't want to miss the INSIGHTS i will be sharing this month! I will go the extra mile of extrapolating what i term "NATIONAL INSIGHTS" to commemorate with the Independence Celebrations. This will commence tomorrow God willing and will run throughout the month.
