There is an obvious departure from the traditional status of business to the transitional status. The Traditional or Classic status of business presupposes that we need land, labour, capital and entrepreneurial ability to create any form of utility. The transitional status which is a derivative of the 21st century advancement in knowledge suggests otherwise. You will agree with me that we don't necessarily need these four factors to start a business. It is amazing that a person in this age and time can compress these four factors into a laptop.
I know people who don't own shops, have no employees but are doing very well in their business. You can merge the labour and entrepreneurial aspects together with a little un[common] sense. You also may not have money capital but you certainly have money capital's worth. Almost anywhere can pass for your 'land'. Most transactions now are done virtually with minimal physical contact. So when you want to start something, don't let what you don't have inhibit you from doing what you can!
In business, capital does not necessarily mean money alone. Capital is simply a business input that becomes a business output when engaged. You may not always have money but you certainly have money's worth. Capital comes in various forms - money is only one of such forms. Your goodwill is an asset [it is technically ascribed a value in the Balance Sheet]. Your spacious apartment can serve as an effective proxy and surrogate for a rented shop. The voluntary involvement of a friend or relative in your business is a proxy for labour. It is just like the services of a housewife - her husband does necessarily pay for the services she offers at home.
You are also a capital! Yes! Remember Human Capital or Human Resource is a fundamental type of capital. Your skills, knowledge, abilities all have monetary values and as such you should learn to use them as input for your business.
